Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will meet representatives of companies that have been offered plots in the medical device, toy and apparel parks between March 20 and 27.
Officials said the allottees would be handed offer letters for their plots and given six months to get the land registered. This will pave the way for constructions.
The allottees will also be shown the development work done by YEIDA around the plots and asked to offer suggestions, if any.
On March 20, those allotted plots in the medical device park in Sector 28 would meet the YEIDA officials. As many as 37 plots have been allotted to medical companies here.
The meeting for allottees of 80 plots in the apparel park has been scheduled for
March 22. A total of 136 allottees of toy park will meet YEIDA officials on March 24. Scores of entrepreneurs and company representatives will meet officials on March 27 for industrial units in sectors 32 and 33.
“The Yamuna Authority has been developing necessary facilities in the area, such as roads, drains, installation of electric poles and so on. The work in many sectors is almost complete now. We plan to offer plots to our allottees during the meetings so that they start the construction work soon. Allottees have to attend the meeting on the scheduled day and time,” said Arun Vir Singh, the YEIDA CEO.
UP’s first medical device park is coming up on 350 acres. In the first phase, 37 companies were allotted plots last year, while the allotment for the second phase is under process. There are 15 big companies that will be given direct allotment soon.
Likewise, the toy park is being developed on 100 acres in Sector 33. YEIDA floated the plot scheme in 2020 following a demand from the Toy Association of India. Altogether, 136 companies were subsequently allotted plots under the plan. The apparel park is being developed on 175 acres. It has a total number of 90 plots. Besides these, industrial plots have been allotted to various companies in sectors 32 and 33.
