Two docs who British Prime Minister Boris Johnson named his newly born son after mentioned they have been honoured and humbled to be recognised in such a manner.
Johnson and his fiancee Carrie Symonds named their new child son Wilfred Lawrie Nicholas, partly as a tribute to 2 of the intensive care docs who they mentioned had saved the British chief’s life as he battled COVID-19 issues.
“We are honoured and humbled to have been recognised in this way,” mentioned Nick Price, director of an infection at Guy’s and St Thomas’ hospital, and Nick Hart, director of respiratory & essential Care on the hospital.
“Our warm congratulations go to the Prime Minister and Carrie Symonds on the happy arrival of their beautiful son Wilfred,” they mentioned.
“We wish the new family every health and happiness.”
