Nexus Choose Belief achieves 8% YoY progress in tenant gross sales 


Listed retail REIT Nexus Choose Belief on Tuesday reported quarterly tenant gross sales of ₹3,300 crore for the third quarter ended December 31,2023, up 8% yr on yr (YoY).

Through the quarter the entity achieved Web Working Revenue (NOI) of ₹418.5 crore (14% YoY progress). The corporate stated it was on monitor to realize FY24 steerage.

In Q3 the corporate refinanced debt of ₹950 crore at 8.1% (in comparison with pre-refinancing common debt price of 9.3%) leading to annual financial savings of ₹11.5 crore.
